The Town of Bennington Development Review Board will hold a regular meeting on Tuesday, April 18, 2023, at 6:30 p.m. at the Bennington Fire Facility, 3rd Floor, 130 River Street, Bennington, Vermont.
The purpose of the meeting will be to conduct regular business and to hold a public hearing on the following:
Bennington DT 1, LLC, 108 Northside Drive, seeking approval for two-lot planned unit development and for construction of two restaurants in above location, a PC District. Sections of the Land Use & Development Regulations applicable: Table 2.10 (including Design Standards), Section 3.10, and Articles 5, 6, 7, and 8.
Bennington High, LLC, 650 Main Street, seeking design and development plan approval for renovation of existing building and site improvements at above location, a MU-1 District. Sections of the Land Use & Development Regulations applicable: Tables 2.1 and 2.6.
