Town of Bennington DEVELOPMENT REVIEW BOARD
The Town of Bennington Development Review Board will hold a regular meeting on Tuesday, March 21, 2023, at 6:30 p.m. at the Bennington Fire Facility, 3rd Floor, 130 River Street, Bennington, Vermont.
The purpose of the meeting will be to conduct regular business and to hold a public hearing on the following:
Henry House VT, LLC, 1338 Murphy Road, seeking approval of two-lot subdivision in the above location, a RC District. Sections of the Land Use & Development Regulations applicable: Table 2.14, Article 6, and Article 7.
Dionysus, LLC & BGB Holdings, LLC, 120 Depot Street, seeking approval of two- lot subdivision in the above location, a D District. Sections of the Land Use & Development Regulations applicable: Table 2.5, Article 6, and Article 7.
William L. Wicks, 3347 West Road, seeking approval of two-lot subdivision in the above location, a RC District. Sections of the Land Use & Development Regulations applicable: Table 2.14, Article 6, and Article 7.
